Team Fees with Early Discount:
Teams applying by 9/15 for the early discount must have payment postmarked by 9/19 or fee will revert to full fee.
U8 will play U09, lower flights, or in an all U08 flight within the U09 level
U9 - U10 (7v7) - $700 (includes early application discount - after 9/15 fee will be $725)
U11 - U12 (9v9) - $800 (includes early application discount - after 9/15 fee will be $825)
U13 & U14 - $835 (includes early application discount - after 9/15 fee will be $860)
U15 and older - $950 (includes early application discount - after 9/15 fee will be $975)

Lodging | Hotel Information - 2025
Booking for the 2025 Hempfield Fall Classics weekends lodging is now open.
Lodging needs will again be processed through PYB Sports, linked at the bottom of this page, to view information and requirements please view available lodging page linked at the bottom of this page.
The 40th Annual Hempfield Fall Classic will be held Nov 15 & 16 for Girls Teams and Nov 22 & 23 for Boys Teams.
Due to the high volume of teams staying in the Lancaster, Hershey, York, Harrisburg and surrounding areas, we find that this page will provide you with pertinent information. Penn Legacy/PA Classics, a 501(c)3 non profit organization. Thank you for your support.
Tournament rules state: "All teams requiring hotel/motel accommodations are required to book rooms through the service listed on the lodging page. Any team found booking rooms on an individual basis or outside of this service will risk acceptance to or ejection from the Tournament. It is your responsibility to note any cancellation deadlines and adhere to the booking service and hotel rules regarding cancellation periods."

Details:
Using this service ensures that room demands can be met from year to year and allows PYB Sports to offer the added protection of "no hotel cancellation fees" in the event that the tournament is cancelled by tournament officials, in its entirety prior to check-in, due to severe weather. Requirements: Teams at a distance of over 75 miles (based on your club's official mailing address) from Classics Soccer Park, 1461 Lancaster Road, Manheim, PA 17545 must book hotels through the service. Teams within the 75 miles driving distance are not required to stay, but if they have team staff or players that plan to stay overnight must book through the service.
Please request the official cancellation policy of the hotel you have reserved to understand your financial obligations. Please do not contact hotels directly to reserve or inquire about room availability. Any teams or individuals that reserve directly with hotel and do not use the service will not be accepted to the tournament or may be disqualified.
Please designate one team representative to coordinate and communicate with the reservation service.
- Hotel rates and minimum room night requirements are set by the hotels, not the reservation service or the tournament and are subject to change at the Hotel's discretion. Please confirm all cancellation policies for individual hotels with the reservation service (PYB).
- Please reserve your rooms early for best availability! Lack of hotel accommodations will not be cause for a refund of the team tournament fee after acceptance to event.
- Direct any questions regarding accommodations to the reservation service (PYB), not to the tournament staff.
- Please also direct any questions regarding room cancellation policies and dates to the hotel service (PYB), not to the tournament staff.
- If deferred from the tournament or plans change, please remember to cancel group room reservations according to the terms of your contract with the hotel. Please define the specific date and cancellation policy with the hotel service.
- If accepted to the tournament, please remember that hotels may release room blocks held for the event immediately after team acceptances are announced. Rates may change after the release of these blocks, so reserve early!
- Please read the Booking Process and Instructions linked within lodging info provided by PYB Sports.
- Please note, we realize some teams are within commuting distance but some on the team may wish to stay, and others may not, that is fine, just book the ones needed thru the service and not outside of the service to be in compliance with the rules of the event.

General Info – College Showcase: U16 to U19 Teams
Teams and Players
The Hempfield Fall Classic College Showcase portion of the tournament will be held on both Saturday and Sunday of the girls and boys weekends and will be available to all teams accepted to the U16-U19 ages in all divisions.
We directly invite over 400 colleges and their coaches from the region to come and observe these older players.
Player Profiles will be available to all college coaches.
Team players
Once accepted to the tournament players should begin to contact colleges they are interested in to let them know they will attend the Hempfield Fall Classic. This generates more interest from the college coaches to attend the event.
- Weekend Tournament Schedules will be posted on or around Oct 31 for Girls Teams and Nov 7 for Boys Teams, and we suggest you share the link to the schedules web page with college coaches between Nov 4 and Nov 6 for girls and Nov 11 and 13 for boys. Send your schedule to any school you are interested in by letting them know you will be playing at the Hempfield Fall Classic and providing them with a link to your schedule.
- Registered College Coaches to date will be posted on Oct 25 (Note: invitations to coaches will go out mid-Sept and please understand that many coaches tend not to register until immediately prior to the event).
Note: We ask the college coaches to register in GotSport Please be sure to contact colleges you are interested in attending if they do not appear in the lists. This is what then drives them to attend. Remember, not all coaches will register to attend so do not only send information to coaches that have registered, as some coaches prefer to attend without registering. Remember, not all coaches will register to attend. In recent years many teams provide VEO or similar game videos to coaches and their attendance is not as crucial as in years past. So do not only send information to coaches that have registered, send your info, and that you will be playing here to any schools you are interested in attending. Note also, some coaches prefer to attend without registering. Or, MANY will also register immediately prior to the dates of the tournament as their school season is still in session.
